Are you calm, non-judgemental and flexible? Do you enjoy working with people? Are you able to help others resolve disputes without taking sides? Mediation Hertfordshire is particularly keen to hear from male and ethnic minority volunteers, and those with daytime availability, as our team is underrepresented in these categories.
