Our mediators come from a wide range of backgrounds and are all professionally trained and DBS checked.

Who Can Apply?
We recruit annually and currently welcome applications from Hertfordshire-based, professionally trained mediators.

Application Process
Complete our form, attend an interview, induction & observe cases before starting.

How We Work
You’ll co-mediate with trained volunteers and gain hands-on experience.

Ongoing Development
CPD training provided; minimum 3 mediations/year; expenses reimbursed.
