The prevention of disputes and the resolution of disputes is a skill that can be taught. If your organisation is interested in sourcing training upon these topics, we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss our training programmes in more detail.
We commonly devise a bespoke training event which can last for an hour, a half day or a day to fit in with your training requirements.
Training can be carried out at your place of work or at an alternative venue to be decided.
Peer Mediation in Schools
Teaching children the concept of dispute resolution is life skill that will stand them in good stead whatever life may bring. Mediation Hertfordshire have provided a Peer Mediation training programme to many Hertfordshire Schools teaching hundreds of children the skills associated with dispute prevention and conflict resolution.
