Welcome to Mediation Hertfordshire

Many people find that at one time or another they have a disagreement with their neighbours. Disagreements can be about noise, car parking, children, shared fences or rubbish. But they might be about almost anything.

Mediation Hertfordshire offers hope to those experiencing difficulties with their neighbours. It is a confidential service, independent from any other organisation, including the council and police, and is free to all residents of Dacorum and tenants of St Albans District Council. It is also offered in other parts of Hertfordshire, where costs apply. Housing Associations in the county can access the service on behalf of their tenants. Please contact us for details.

• Training for local authorities.
• Referrers’ awareness training.
• Training and supervising volunteers.
• Free to residents of Dacorum and tenants of St Albans District Council. Charges are applicable in other areas of Hertfordshire.
